The President
Dominic Rossi: Is the President and founder of PROARC. Dominic started his apprenticeship training with the IBEW back in 1978. Upon completion of his apprenticeship course he worked for a large electrical contractor in the City of Chicago. He worked as a Journeyman, then a Foreman until he moved into the corporate office as an estimator and then a senior project manager. Upon completion of his last project the John G. Shed Aquarium Oceanarium, he then formed PROARC in 1994.
